How it works.

A few steps to help get you started with the Sift Food Labels Browser Extension.

1
Make sure the Browser Extension is pinned.

In order for the Browser Extension to work it needs to be pinned to your browser. Google Chrome requires that you do this manually (see image). Unless you've changed your settings, Microsoft Edge will pin extensions by default.

2
Create an account or log into the Browser Extension if you already have an account.

If you already have a Sift Food Labels account then you'll want to make sure you log-in with that account to ensure that purchased are synced.

3
Grocery shop like normal on a Sift supported retailer.

We currently support online grocery shopping at Amazon Grocery, Amazon Fresh, Fred Meyer, Kroger, Ralphs, QFC, and Whole Foods.

4
Let Sift give you the ingredient transparency that you deserve.

Diet compliance and risky ingredients are overlayed onto product pages. Click the Sift logo on your browser to get more details on the ingredients used.

5
For upgrade, we support a variety of lifestyles.

30 Whole Days, Autoimmune Protocol, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Low FODMAP, No Nightshades, No Added Sugar, Paleo, Soy Free - we've got you covered!
